Mahashi respects customer privacy. We collect only information needed to process and deliver orders, including name, phone number, delivery address, customer-selected GPS location, order details, and transfer confirmation/reference.

How we use information

Information is used to manage orders, calculate delivery fees, contact customers, improve service, and satisfy legal requirements where applicable.

Location

Location is requested with customer permission and is used to calculate delivery distance and fees. We do not use location for advertising tracking.

Payment

The app does not process bank cards. Payment is made through an external money transfer, and we retain only the transfer confirmation/reference submitted for order verification.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell customer data. Data may be processed by hosting or technical service providers only as needed to operate the service. Order records are retained as reasonably needed for business, accounting, and legal obligations.
